Demystifying Dobbs examines the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health that overturned Roe v. Wade. Professors Anne Coughlin and Professor Bonnie Gordon break down the loss of our constitutional right to abortion, and how this decision threatens other long-held rights, including contraception. A Q&A discussion will follow the presentation.

This event will take place in UVA’s Brooks Hall Commons, and is convened by the Sound Justice Lab, a new initiative at the University of Virginia dedicated to creative exploration of the law and its limits.
